How QR Code Keyrings Work for Hotels, Airbnbs and Holiday Lets

A QR code keyring is one of the simplest, most cost effective guest communication and marketing tools available to any hospitality business — and your guests will have it with them for the entire duration of their stay. Every time they pick up their key, everything your business needs them to know is one scan away.

Most modern smartphones can scan a QR code directly from the camera app with no additional app needed, though some older devices may require a free scanning app. A QR code can link to almost anything digital — a website page, PDF document, video, audio file, social media profile, Google review page, booking link, Spotify playlist and more. It is a smart, low cost way to communicate with every single guest, at any point during their stay.

This matters more than it might seem. Your guests will not always be inside your property when they need information. Here are just a few real situations where having everything on their keyring makes all the difference:

  • A guest outside the property needing your emergency contact number
  • A guest out exploring who wants your local restaurant recommendations
  • A guest at the spa wanting to check what treatments are available and book
  • A guest heading to checkout who wants to leave a review while the stay is fresh
  • A guest who enjoyed their stay and wants to follow you on Instagram or rebook directly

A QR code keyring puts your business and the key information your guest needs about their stay in their pocket for the entire time — inside the property and out.

Here is everything your QR code keyring can link to:

Digital Welcome Guide and Guest Information

Link your QR code to a comprehensive digital welcome guide giving guests instant access to everything they need — check-in instructions, check-out times, parking, heating and appliance guides, house rules, breakfast times and more. A digital welcome guide reduces guest questions significantly, saves staff time and gives guests a better experience from the moment they arrive. For rural properties or areas with poor signal, a PDF has the added advantage of working without an internet connection once downloaded.

Best format: PDF document or a dedicated page on your website. A PDF works offline which is particularly useful for rural properties and glamping sites.

House Rules, Emergency Contacts and Check-In Instructions

For Airbnbs, holiday lets and self-catering accommodation especially, having house rules, emergency contacts and check-in instructions accessible via a QR code on the keyring is genuinely invaluable. Your guests will not always be inside your property when they need this information — and a keyring goes with them everywhere. If something goes wrong outside the property, your contact details are always with them. This is also a straightforward way to ensure guests have read and have easy access to your house rules throughout their stay, reducing disputes and misunderstandings.

Best format: PDF document for house rules and instructions — works offline, easy to update and share. Website page or contact card for emergency details.

Wi-Fi Details and Instant Wi-Fi Connection

Nobody wants to ask for the Wi-Fi password at reception or hunt through a welcome pack. A QR code on your keyring can give guests instant Wi-Fi access in three ways:

  • Display Wi-Fi details on screen — the QR code displays your network name and password as text when scanned, so guests can connect manually in seconds
  • Automatic Wi-Fi connection — the QR code connects the guest's device directly to your Wi-Fi network on scan, with no manual input needed at all. One scan and they are connected instantly
  • Wi-Fi login page link — the QR code links to your Wi-Fi login portal where guests enter their details to connect, ideal for hotels and properties using a managed Wi-Fi system

For hotels and guesthouses especially, eliminating the Wi-Fi question alone saves significant staff time across a busy season.

Best format: Wi-Fi QR code generated via a free tool for options 1 and 2. Direct link to your Wi-Fi login portal for option 3.

Guest Services, Menus and Order Placing

Link your QR code directly to your room service menu, restaurant menu, breakfast options or any other food and beverage offering. Guests can browse the menu and even place their order directly via the QR code — streamlining the entire process, reducing calls to reception and freeing up staff time. An unobtrusive, effortless upsell that works around the clock without any additional effort from your team.

Best format: Website page or online ordering platform. A live website page allows you to update menus, prices and availability in real time without changing the keyring.

Spa, Gym and Activity Booking

Link directly to your spa booking page, gym timetable, activity schedule or any other bookable service at your property. Making it effortless for guests to discover and book additional services significantly increases uptake — and a QR code keyring means the booking link is always with them, not forgotten on a leaflet in the room. Every additional booking made via the keyring is a direct return on your investment.

Best format: Website booking page or online booking platform linked directly to the relevant service.

Local Recommendations and Maps

Link to a curated page of your favourite local restaurants, attractions, walks, shops and experiences — complete with a map so guests can find everything easily. A personal local guide from the host is one of the most valued things a guest can receive, and a QR code keyring means it is always in their pocket when they are out exploring, exactly when they need it most. Guests who have a great local experience because of your recommendations will tell you about it in their review.

Best format: A dedicated page on your website with embedded Google Maps, or a custom Google Map with all your recommended locations pinned and shareable via link.

Spotify Playlists, Welcome Videos and Audio Files

Some of the most memorable and distinctive uses we see. A Spotify playlist that sets the mood for your property. A personal welcome video from the host — hosted on YouTube, Vimeo or embedded on your website — that greets guests when they arrive and introduces the property. An audio walking tour of your local area. These are the touches that turn a good stay into a great review, and a QR code keyring is the perfect low cost delivery mechanism for all of them.

Best format: YouTube or Vimeo for videos — both are free to host and easy to link to. Spotify for playlists. Your website for audio files or guided tours.

Social Media Profiles and Direct Booking Links

Link to your Instagram, Facebook or TikTok profile to grow your following effortlessly — every guest who enjoyed their stay is a potential follower and advocate. Or link directly to your own booking page, bypassing OTA commission fees entirely. A returning guest who books direct because your booking link was on their keyring is one of the best returns on investment any hospitality business can get.

Best format: Direct link to your social media profile or booking page. For direct bookings, link to your own website booking page rather than an OTA to avoid commission fees.

Google and TripAdvisor Review Pages

One of the most powerful uses of a QR code keyring. Link directly to your Google or TripAdvisor review page so that a happy guest can leave a five star review in seconds — right from the keyring they have been carrying throughout their stay. The easier you make it to leave a review, the more reviews you will get. Hotels and holiday lets using QR code keyrings for reviews have reported significant increases in review numbers. Dynamic vs Static QR Codes — Which One Should You Choose for Your QR Code Keyring?

When generating your QR code to send to us for engraving, you will need to decide between a static or dynamic QR code. Here is what the difference means in practice:

Static QR Code Dynamic QR Code
What it is A fixed code that always links to the same destination A code that can be updated to link to a different destination at any time
Can it be changed after engraving? No — the destination is permanent Yes — update the destination without changing the physical keyring
Scan tracking and analytics No — no data on how many times it has been scanned Yes — track scan numbers, locations, devices and times to see what works
Best for Permanent information — social media, website, booking page, review page Regularly changing information — seasonal menus, updated welcome guides, changing offers
Cost Free — many tools generate static QR codes at no cost Usually requires a paid subscription to a QR code management platform
Reliability Always works as long as the destination URL exists Depends on the QR code management service remaining active
Best choice for most hospitality businesses Yes, for most standard uses Worth considering if you update guest information regularly or want to track engagement

Both static and dynamic QR codes engrave equally well on our oak keyrings — the choice is entirely yours depending on how you want to manage your guest information.

How to Get Your QR Code Ready for Engraving

Creating your QR code is straightforward — once you have generated it, simply upload the image file with your order or email it to us at enquiries@makememento.com. We accept all file formats including JPG, PNG, PDF and SVG. For the best engraving results, please upload a high resolution image file — low resolution screenshots may not engrave with the clean, sharp precision needed for reliable scanning. If you are unsure whether your file is suitable, upload it anyway and our design team will let you know if we need a better version.

Recommended QR code generators:

  • QR Code Generator (qr-code-generator.com) — free static codes, paid dynamic codes with tracking
  • QR Tiger (qrtiger.com) — free and paid options, good range of customisation
  • Flowcode (flowcode.com) — clean, reliable dynamic codes with good analytics
  • Canva (canva.com) — free static QR code generator, easy to use if you already use Canva for your branding
  • Google — a free QR code generator is built into Google Chrome and Google Maps for business listings

For dynamic codes with tracking and analytics, QR Tiger and Flowcode are both well regarded options used widely in the hospitality industry.

How to Choose the Right Size QR Code Keyring for Your Business

Choosing the right size QR code keyring depends on your business, your branding and how much information you want your guests to have access to. The most important consideration with QR code keyrings is making sure the code has enough space to scan cleanly and reliably — a QR code that is too small or too crowded will not scan well, so size and layout both matter.

All sizes are available with single or double sided engraving, and for the smallest size we often recommend double sided to give both your branding and your QR code the space they need to work at their best. Here is a guide to help you decide:

Small (5x3cm) The small size works well for a QR code keyring when kept simple. A QR code with a short line of text such as "Scan Me" or "Guest Info" on one side works cleanly at this size — just avoid adding too much additional text or imagery alongside the code on the same side as this can affect scannability. Double sided engraving works particularly well at the small size, with your QR code on one side and your logo, property name or branding on the other.

Medium (7x3cm) A versatile choice that gives your QR code comfortable space to sit alongside a small amount of text or branding on the same side. The medium size opens up more layout options — your QR code, a short line of text and a small logo can all work together cleanly without compromising scannability. A popular all-rounder for hotels, Airbnbs and holiday lets.

Large (11x4.5cm) The most popular choice for QR code keyrings. The large size gives your QR code generous, uncompromised space alongside your property name, logo, room number and any additional text — all on one side if needed, or spread across both sides for maximum impact. Bold, clear and easy to scan from any angle, the large size is the most flexible option for hospitality businesses that want to pack in as much useful information as possible.

Need a Custom Size? If none of the standard sizes are quite right for your business, we can create custom sizes on request. Contact us at enquiries@makememento.com to discuss your requirements.

Font Options for Your Custom QR Code Keyring

The font you choose for your QR code keyring needs to work alongside the QR code itself — clear, legible and complementary to both your branding and the scannable code your guests will be using throughout their stay. We offer over 20 engraving font styles to suit every type of hospitality business, from boutique hotels and characterful B&Bs to modern Airbnbs and self-catering properties.

Whether your brand has a classic, elegant feel or a clean, contemporary aesthetic, we have a font that fits. Here are the broad styles available:

  • Classic and traditional - timeless serif fonts that suit heritage properties, country houses and traditional hotels where elegance and character are central to the brand
  • Clean and contemporary - modern sans-serif fonts that sit cleanly alongside a QR code, keeping everything legible and professional — popular with modern hotels, Airbnbs and holiday let businesses
  • Elegant script - flowing handwritten styles that add warmth and personality, ideal for boutique properties and independent holiday lets with a personal, characterful feel
  • Bold and striking - strong, high-impact fonts that make your property name and branding stand out clearly alongside the QR code

Want to see our full font list? Contact us at enquiries@makememento.com and we will send it across.

Already have a brand font? Send it to us and we will match it exactly, keeping your QR code keyrings consistent with the rest of your hospitality brand.

Why Hospitality Businesses Choose Our Personalised QR Code Keyrings

How QR Code Keyrings Can Improve Your Business and Guest Experience

A personalised QR code keyring is more than a beautiful branded accessory — it is a practical business tool that works for your hospitality business around the clock. From the moment a guest checks in to the moment they check out, their keyring is with them, quietly connecting them to everything your business wants them to know, do and experience.

The business benefits are significant and immediate. Hospitality businesses using QR code keyrings report:

  • Fewer repetitive guest questions — guests have instant access to Wi-Fi details, house rules, check-out times and guest information from their keyring, reducing calls to reception and repeated questions to staff significantly.
  • More five star reviews — a QR code linking directly to your Google or TripAdvisor review page puts a five star review one scan away for every happy guest, right from the keyring they have been carrying throughout their stay
  • Increased repeat bookings and direct bookings — linking your QR code to your own booking page bypasses OTA commission fees and keeps returning guests booking direct.
  • Effortless upselling — a QR code linking to your spa menu, activity options, room service or late check-out offers turns every key handover into a quiet, unobtrusive revenue opportunity
  • Better guest experience — guests feel more connected, more informed and more cared for. They spend less time hunting for information and more time enjoying their stay.
  • A more professional, modern brand impression — handing a guest a beautifully crafted oak keyring with a scannable QR code tells them immediately that this is a business that thinks carefully about every detail of their experience

For hotels, Airbnbs, holiday lets and self-catering properties of any size, a QR code keyring is one of the highest return, lowest cost investments you can make in your guest experience. Premium QR Code Keyrings Your Guests Will Notice Straight Away

A QR code keyring only works if guests actually pick it up, carry it and use it — and that starts with making it something worth holding. Real wood, natural oak grain, a beautifully engraved design and a crisp, clean QR code — a genuinely luxurious accessory that reflects the quality and care of your hospitality business.

A cheap plastic key tag gets put in a pocket and forgotten. A premium oak keyring gets noticed, used and remembered — and that is exactly what your QR code needs to be effective. Eco Friendly QR Code Keyrings Made from Responsibly Sourced Oak Wood

For hotels, Airbnbs, holiday lets and hospitality businesses that care about sustainability, our oak QR code keyrings are a natural choice. Made from responsibly sourced solid oak wood, they are a genuinely eco friendly alternative to plastic key tags — better for the environment and far more in keeping with the warm, natural aesthetic that makes independent hospitality businesses special.

For eco-conscious properties, glamping sites, countryside retreats and sustainability-led businesses, a natural oak QR code keyring is not just a practical choice — it is a subtle statement that sits beautifully alongside everything else you do. The kind of detail your guests will notice, appreciate and often mention when they tell their friends about their stay.

How to Order Your Custom QR Code Keyrings

Ordering your personalised QR code keyrings is straightforward - here is how it works:

Step 1 - Generate Your QR Code Before placing your order, you will need to create your QR code using a QR code generator. Here are some trusted options:

  • QR Code Generator (qr-code-generator.com) — free static codes, paid dynamic codes with tracking
  • QR Tiger (qrtiger.com) — free and paid options, good range of customisation
  • Flowcode (flowcode.com) — clean, reliable dynamic codes with good analytics
  • Canva (canva.com) — free static QR code generator, easy to use if you already use Canva for your branding
  • Google — a free QR code generator is built into Google Chrome and Google Maps for business listings

Not sure whether to use a static or dynamic QR code? See our Dynamic vs Static QR Code guide above for a full comparison. Once generated, save your QR code as a high resolution image file — JPG, PNG, PDF or SVG are all ideal. Please avoid saving low resolution screenshots as these may not engrave with the clean, sharp precision needed for reliable scanning.

Step 2 - Choose Your Size and Sides Select your preferred size - Small, Medium or Large - and decide whether you want single or double sided engraving. Not sure which size works best for your QR code keyring? See our size guide above or get in touch and we will help you decide.

Step 3 - Upload Your QR Code, Logo and Artwork Upload your QR code image file and any logo or artwork directly at checkout, or email everything to us at enquiries@makememento.com. We accept all file formats including JPG, PNG, PDF and SVG. If you are unsure whether your files are suitable, upload them anyway and our design team will let you know if we need better versions.

Step 4 - Place Your Order and Send Us Your Details Add to basket and complete your order. In the order notes include your property name, any additional engraving details, font preference and the destination your QR code links to so we can test it at design proof stage.

Step 5 - Approve Your Free Design Proof Within 1 business day of your order we will send you a free digital design proof showing exactly how your QR code keyring will look. We test your QR code at this stage to confirm it is scanning correctly and linking to the right destination. Review the proof, request any changes, and give us the go ahead when every detail is exactly right.

Step 6 - We Handcraft, Test and Dispatch Your Keyrings Once your design is approved, we handcraft your QR code keyrings individually in our UK studio, test every QR code on the finished keyrings to confirm they are scanning and working correctly, and dispatch them to you with reliable UK wide delivery.

Ordering a Larger Quantity? If you are ordering QR code keyrings for a larger property, multiple properties or have a specific project in mind, we recommend getting in touch at enquiries@makememento.com before placing your order. We can confirm production times for larger quantities, discuss any bespoke requirements and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your QR code keyrings made from?

Our QR code keyrings are made from solid oak wood, finished with a clear protective varnish. Oak is a premium, durable hardwood that feels substantial and luxurious in the hand, provides a clean, crisp surface for laser engraving your QR code and branding, and is built to withstand the daily demands of a busy hospitality business. Every keyring is individually handcrafted in our UK studio.

How thick are your wooden QR code keyrings?

Our wooden QR code keyrings are 6mm thick. This gives them a solid, premium feel that guests notice immediately — sturdy enough for daily commercial use without being bulky or heavy. The 6mm oak construction also provides an excellent engraving surface, ensuring your QR code is engraved with the sharp, clean precision needed for reliable scanning.

What sizes do your QR code keyrings come in?

Our QR code keyrings are available in three standard sizes — Small (5x3cm), Medium (7x3cm) and Large (11x4.5cm). The Large is the most popular choice for QR code keyrings as it gives generous space for both your branding and a clearly scannable QR code. Custom sizes are also available on request. See our full size guide above for detailed guidance on which size works best for QR code keyrings.

What is the best size QR code keyring for my business?

The Large (11x4.5cm) is the most popular size for QR code keyrings as it gives your QR code generous, uncompromised space alongside your property name, logo and any additional text. The Medium (7x3cm) is a good versatile option if you want something slightly smaller but still need space for branding alongside the code. For the Small (5x3cm) we recommend keeping the design simple — a QR code with minimal additional text on one side, or double sided engraving with the QR code on one side and branding on the other. See our full size guide above for detailed advice.

Can I get a custom size QR code keyring?

Yes. If none of our three standard sizes suit your business, we can create custom sizes on request. Contact us at enquiries@makememento.com to discuss your requirements and we will work with you to find the right solution.

Are your QR code keyrings durable enough for daily guest use?

Yes. Our QR code keyrings are specifically made for the demands of a busy hospitality environment. The solid oak construction, precision laser engraving and protective varnish finish mean they handle constant daily guest use — handling, pocket wear, key attachment — while keeping the QR code clean, clear and scannable throughout.

How long will the engraving last on a QR code keyring?

The laser engraving on our QR code keyrings is permanent. Unlike printed alternatives that fade or wear away, laser engraving cuts directly into the oak wood and will remain sharp and clear for the lifetime of the keyring. The protective varnish finish provides additional protection, keeping the QR code surface clean and scannable through years of daily use.

Do your QR code keyrings come with a ring pull?

Yes. Every QR code keyring comes with a metal ring pull already attached, ready to attach your room key and hand straight to your guests with no additional hardware needed.

What can a QR code keyring link to?

A QR code keyring can link to almost anything digital. Popular choices for hospitality businesses include Wi-Fi login pages, digital welcome guides, house rules and check-in instructions, room service and restaurant menus, spa and activity booking pages, local recommendation guides with maps, Google and TripAdvisor review pages, direct booking pages, social media profiles, Spotify playlists and welcome videos hosted on YouTube or Vimeo. If it has a URL, a QR code can link to it.

Do guests need an app to scan a QR code keyring?

Most modern smartphones can scan a QR code directly from the camera app with no additional app needed — guests simply point their camera at the code and tap the link that appears. Some older devices may require a free QR code scanning app, though these are widely available and free to download. For the vast majority of guests, scanning is instant and effortless.

What is the difference between a static and dynamic QR code?

A static QR code always links to the same destination and cannot be changed after it has been generated — it is free to create and reliable as long as the destination URL exists. A dynamic QR code can be updated to link to a different destination at any time without changing the physical keyring, and also provides scan tracking and analytics so you can see how many times it has been scanned, when and where. Dynamic codes usually require a paid subscription to a QR code management platform. See our full Dynamic vs Static QR Code comparison table above for a detailed breakdown.

Can I update the QR code destination after the keyring has been engraved?

It depends on whether you use a static or dynamic QR code. A static QR code links to a fixed destination that cannot be changed after engraving — if you want to change where it links, you would need to order new keyrings. A dynamic QR code can be updated to link to a new destination at any time without changing the physical keyring, making it ideal for businesses that update their guest information regularly. See our Dynamic vs Static QR Code guide above for full details.

Can I track how many times my QR code keyring has been scanned?

Yes — but only if you use a dynamic QR code. Dynamic QR codes provide scan tracking and analytics, allowing you to see how many times your code has been scanned, on what devices, at what times and in what locations. This data can help you understand how guests are engaging with your keyring and what content is most useful to them. Static QR codes do not provide any tracking or analytics data.

Can I have a different QR code on each keyring?

Yes, and at no extra charge. Every keyring in your order can have its own individual QR code linking to a different destination at no additional cost — ideal for hotels and holiday lets that want different rooms to link to different information, or businesses that want to test different QR code destinations across their property.

How do I create my QR code?

You generate your own QR code using a QR code generator tool and provide us with the image file to engrave. Trusted options include QR Code Generator (qr-code-generator.com) for free static codes, QR Tiger (qrtiger.com) for free and paid options with good customisation, Flowcode (flowcode.com) for reliable dynamic codes with strong analytics, Canva (canva.com) for a free static generator, and Google which has a free QR code generator built into Chrome and Google Maps for business listings. For dynamic codes with tracking and analytics, QR Tiger and Flowcode are both widely used in the hospitality industry.

What file format should I send my QR code in?

Please upload your QR code as a high resolution image file — JPG, PNG, PDF or SVG are all ideal. Please avoid uploading low resolution screenshots as these may not engrave with the clean, sharp precision needed for reliable scanning. If you are unsure whether your file is suitable, upload it anyway and our design team will let you know if we need a better version. We accept all file formats at enquiries@makememento.com or directly at checkout.

What can I engrave on a QR code keyring alongside the QR code?

You can engrave almost anything alongside the QR code on your keyring. Popular additions include your property name, hotel or business name, logo, room number, contact details, social media handles, website, a short instruction such as "Scan Me" or "Guest Information", or any other text or branding your guests would find useful. Our design team will make sure everything is laid out cleanly so the QR code remains clearly scannable alongside your other engraving.

Can I add my logo to a QR code keyring?

Yes. Your logo can be laser engraved directly onto the oak wood alongside the QR code. Simply upload your logo file at checkout or email it to us at enquiries@makememento.com — we accept all file formats including JPG, PNG, PDF and SVG. Our design team will prepare your logo for engraving and make sure it sits beautifully alongside your QR code without compromising scannability.

Can you engrave both sides of a QR code keyring?

Yes. All three sizes are available with single or double sided engraving. Double sided engraving is particularly popular for QR code keyrings — your QR code and a short instruction on one side, with your logo, property name, room number or contact details on the other. This gives you maximum space for both function and branding without either compromising the other.

Can you match my brand font for the keyrings?

Yes. If your business has an existing brand font, send it to us and we will match it exactly, keeping your QR code keyrings consistent with the rest of your brand identity. We also offer over 20 font styles across classic, contemporary, script and bold styles to suit every type of hospitality business. Contact us at enquiries@makememento.com to request our full font list.

Is there a minimum order quantity for QR code keyrings?

No. There is no minimum order quantity on any of our QR code keyrings. You can order as few as one keyring or as many as you need. This makes us particularly popular with independent hotels, Airbnbs, holiday lets and smaller hospitality businesses who want quality branded QR code keyrings without being forced into large bulk orders they do not need.

How does the design proof process work for QR code keyrings?

Once your order is placed and we have your QR code, logo and engraving details, we will create a free digital design proof showing exactly how your QR code keyring will look and send it to you within 1 business day. At this stage we also test your QR code to confirm it is scanning correctly and linking to the right destination. You review the proof, request any changes, and only give us the go ahead when every detail is exactly right. We work with you through as many revisions as needed until you are completely happy.

Do you test the QR code before dispatch?

Yes — twice. We test your QR code at design proof stage to confirm it is scanning correctly and linking to the right destination before we engrave a single keyring. We then test it again on every finished keyring before they leave our studio, so you can be confident that every QR code keyring that arrives with you is working exactly as it should.

How long does it take to receive my QR code keyrings?

Estimated delivery dates are displayed on the product page before you place your order so you can plan accordingly. Once your design proof is approved we begin handcrafting your QR code keyrings individually in our UK studio, test every QR code on the finished keyrings, and dispatch them with reliable UK wide delivery. Please note that larger quantity orders may take longer than standard estimated times — if you are ordering a larger quantity or have a specific deadline, contact us at enquiries@makememento.com before ordering and we will confirm production and delivery times for you.

Can QR code keyrings help me get more five star reviews?

Yes — and it is one of the most effective uses we see. A QR code on your keyring linking directly to your Google or TripAdvisor review page means a happy guest is just one scan away from leaving a five star review, right from the keyring they have been carrying throughout their stay. The easier you make it to leave a review, the more reviews you will get. Hotels and holiday lets using QR code keyrings for reviews have reported significant increases in review numbers. Can I use a QR code keyring to get more direct bookings?

Yes. Linking your QR code directly to your own booking page rather than an OTA platform means returning guests can rebook directly with you — bypassing commission fees entirely. Every direct booking made via your QR code keyring is a direct return on your investment. Willow Lane Guest House saw repeat bookings rise by 22% after linking directly to their website from their QR code keyrings.

Are wooden QR code keyrings eco friendly?

Yes. Our QR code keyrings are made from responsibly sourced solid oak wood, making them a genuinely eco friendly alternative to plastic key tags. For eco-conscious hotels, Airbnbs, holiday lets, glamping sites and sustainability-led hospitality businesses, a natural oak QR code keyring is a practical choice that also reflects your values — the kind of detail guests notice, appreciate and often mention in their reviews.

What types of businesses use QR code keyrings?

QR code keyrings are used by a wide range of hospitality and business types across the UK. In hospitality this includes hotels, boutique hotels, guesthouses, B&Bs, holiday lets, Airbnbs, self-catering properties, holiday cottages, glamping sites, lodges, villas, resorts, campsites, pubs with rooms and farm stays. Beyond hospitality, QR code keyrings are popular with any business that wants a smart, branded accessory that connects customers to their online presence, services or information.
