UK deliveries are estimated to arrive within 2- 4 business days (Mon-Fri) following dispatch. *Please note that Business Days are counted as Monday - Friday only, weekends are not included.

PROVIDING YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS:
- As per Make Memento Shop Policy, we are only authorised to ship to the delivery address provided. If the delivery address is not correct, please contact us before shipment to provide the correct delivery address. If we are advised that a delivery address is incorrect after shipment, we will await the parcel to be returned to us before re-shipping - a return to sender can take up to 30 business days for UK parcels, and up to 90 Business days for international parcels. A re-shipment fee will also be incurred.
INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE TRACKING
Please note that Royal Mail International Standard shipping does NOT come with tracking - you must upgrade to Tracked shipping if you wish to track your order.
If you have purchased tracked shipping, your tracking number will be provided once generated by Royal Mail, this is usually within a few days of dispatch, but can occasionaly take longer depending on the customs process. Please note that we are not responsible for the tracking information provided as this is exclusively handled by a 3rd party service. Whilst we will do all we can to assist with any queries, the courier service is ultimately responsible for any information provided.
We politely request that any delivery enquiries regarding arrival times are only sumbitted once the above estimated delivery timeframes has expired. If your estimated arrival timeframe is still on-going, unfortunately we can only re-iterate the estimated arrival date for Standard shipping, or refer you to the Tracking information for Tracked shipping. As delivery is handled by a 3rd party service, we will have no more information available to us than that which has been provided.
*Please be advised that a signature may be required by the courier upon delivery. If there is no one available to receive and sign for the parcel, a note will be left at the delivery address to re-arrange delivery, or organise parcel collection.
If your order has not arrived within the quoted timeframe, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier service as a matter of urgency. Please note that, as stated in our policies, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping or customs delays caused by the courier.
